To develop design, sketches, calculations, drawings, simulations, specifications and reports for projects.
To provide input on total project delivery for a broad range of building, infrastructure and city planning projects, addressing how the design by other disciplines responds to sustainable drivers.
To manage a range of sustainability projects, either as a technical specialist in support of a wider team or as the Project ManagerTo undertake energy, CFD, carbon, and other building physics analysis on projects.

Experience in leading project involving building sustainability certification, carbon assessment, building energy audit, climate change assessment and net zero transition
Technical expertise in sustainable development, consulting experience, and successful project management experience in the property sector (both public and private).
Certified accredited professional of sustainability rating system (e.g. Green Mark, LEED, WELL, Living Building Challenge, GRI)
Relevant tertiary qualification within Architectural, Consulting or Engineering
4 to 6 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
