Key responsibilities include leading a team of architects to complete design and documentation for projects ranging from interior renovations to full building development, coordinating consultants and construction administration, and ensuring adherence to firm‑wide standards. The Project Manager will balance client and firm interests, lead progress and coordination meetings, maintain project schedules, and ensure on‑time deliverables. Additional duties involve representing the firm professionally, reporting to the principals, participating in staff management and culture, and working closely with project coordinators on contracts, billing, and expenses.
The firm is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects across multiple market sectors. The role requires strong skills in all phases of the design process, project administration, specifications, code compliance, client interface, and team leadership. Experience with various project delivery methods is ideal.
Candidates must hold a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB‑accredited university and have a minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience. Licensure is preferred but not required. Required proficiencies include Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite, along with the ability to develop trusted client relationships, strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and the capacity to lead design teams through project completion. The individual should be proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects while working with authorities for approvals.
The position is based in the main office in Boise, ID, with remote work flexibility as needed, and may require regional and national travel.
