Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Learn to read and interpret plans and drawings
Currently a 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Carpentry Apprentice
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (travel within the region SEQ required)
Formwork and concreting for slabs, footings, and walls
Work effectively in a team and adapt to changing site environments
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Health & Fitness Subsidy: $250 per year (toward gym, activewear, saunas, fishing gear, etc.)
PPE Allowance: $500 per financial year (reimbursed with receipts for standard PPE)
Paid Travel Time: For work on sites more than 40km from your base McNab office
Birthday Leave: 1 paid day off in addition to 4 weeks’ annual leave and 10 days’ sick leave
Competitive hourly rate with consistent full-time hours and overtime opportunities
Daily Travel Allowance (paid regardless of work location)
