In this position you will implement and maintain project‑specific document control systems, manage distribution, storage, and retrieval of all project documentation, and support public records requests and audit inquiries. You will also assist with approval and change order logs and provide office management support as needed.
The company is seeking a highly skilled Project/Document Specialist to support the iconic Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), a critical component of the broader Gateway Program. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements for document retention, change management, contract administration, and reporting.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, and have at least three years of document control or contract management experience, preferably on infrastructure or public‑sector projects. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms, are essential.
