The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of sprinkler system installation projects — from design coordination and client liaison through to commissioning and handover — ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Attend client and site meetings, providing technical and project updates.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets, variations, and client invoicing in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with BS EN 12845, LPCB, and all relevant industry standards.
  • Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver work safely and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple fire sprinkler installation projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and manage project programmes, reports, and documentation.
