Restoration Technician – Contents

Description

• Load and organize work vehicle with required gear and supplies
• Prepare rooms and set up equipment
• Perform content cleaning and restoration services as directed
• Prioritize safety at all times
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep projects on track
• Clean up and break down job sites, leaving them neat and professional
• Keep warehouse, office, and grounds clean and organized
• Learn restoration services, equipment, and cleaning products
• Stand, walk, climb ladders, work overhead and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)

Requirements

We’re looking for a Restoration Technician – Contents who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, jump into action, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way while learning the ins and outs of restoration services, equipment, and cleaning products.

• All tools, PPE, and uniform polos provided
• Lift 50 lb regularly (up to 100 lb with assistance)
• Wear required safety gear, including respirators
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• IICRC certification (optional)
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Solid communication skills and team‑first mindset
• 3+ years restoration management experience within the last 5 years
• Strong knowledge of restoration processes, estimating, and insurance protocols
• 1+ year supervisory or team‑leadership experience
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces)
• Comfortable using/being around cleaning agents
