The Installer II supports the Crew Chief by performing a variety of construction tasks, including installing vapor barriers, leveling and bolting floors and walls, anchoring walls, and completing basic masonry work. Additional duties involve assisting with electrical and plumbing crossovers, bonding wires, repairing bottom boards, and helping new team members learn skills safely.
This is a full‑time role, Monday through Friday, requiring general construction experience and a willingness to work outdoors. Candidates must be comfortable with heights, ladders, and crawl spaces, be able to lift up to 50 lb, and possess a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Proficiency with hand and power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and impact wrenches is essential.
