Marketing & Administrative Professional

• Create, edit, and manage marketing materials for property listings, proposals, presentations, and company branding.
• Coordinate photography, signage, and marketing collateral for new listings.
• Assist with data entry, file organization, and other administrative functions to support daily office operations.
• Design brochures, flyers, email campaigns (Mailchimp), and social media posts using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Maintain a consistent brand image and marketing standard across all materials.
• Manage the company website, social media, and online presence to ensure property and company information is current and accurate.
• Maintain property listings and marketing content in Buildout, Loopnet, Crexi, and ICREX (Moody’s) - training provided if not already familiar.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Professional to support our brokerage and property management teams on a part-time or full-time basis. This individual will lead marketing efforts for listings and company materials while providing general office and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial real estate or broader real estate industry, with strong design and organizational skills.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, residential real estate, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Buildout software preferred, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
