Description

As a Developer III you will apply web development expertise within a cross‑functional agile team that includes engineering, design, product, and QA. You will collaborate closely with product and design members, take ownership of assignments, and help define standards for frontend and backend architecture while delivering high‑quality code.

Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new full‑stack features.
Assess technical feasibility of designs and propose implementation options.
Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders via chat, meetings, and email.
Own assignments, solve problems, and meet delivery deadlines.
Contribute to defining and maintaining frontend and backend architecture standards.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Work with product stakeholders to define and refine performance metrics and improve application performance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express, KOA, Joi, or Objection.
3+ years developing responsive web applications using React.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
3+ years working in an agile (Scrum or Kanban) distributed/remote team.
Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and ability to discuss design trade‑offs.
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and related patterns.
Knowledge of performance best practices for web applications and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with Docker, Amazon EKS, and Git version control.
Experience with Redux for state management.
Strong grasp of TypeScript and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS CI/CD).
Practice of test‑driven development and continuous integration/delivery.
