Procurement Manager

Description

• Support global logistics planning and delivery
• Lead contract negotiation and contract management
• Build and maintain long-term supplier partnerships across Europe and extended geographies
• Manage procurement budgets, cost control, and value alignment throughout project lifecycles
• Lead supplier tendering processes, cost analysis, and commercial comparisons
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in line with a rigorous vetting process
• Coordinate factory visits, QC checks, site visits and coordination with consultants and stakeholders, and installation phases
• Support programme planning, lead times, and delivery scheduling in coordination with project teams
• Manage end-to-end procurement across multiple live projects
• Maintain accurate procurement tracking, reporting, and forecasting

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join a growing, highly specialised procurement team operating within the wider world of 1508 London. Procurement here is not a back-office function. It is a hands-on, relationship-driven discipline, connecting design intent with craft, manufacturing, logistics, and delivery across hospitality and residential projects worldwide.

• Strong tendering, cost management, and supplier negotiation expertise
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using Studio Designer or similar procurement/specification databases
• Experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain roles within the luxury, hospitality, and/or residential sectors
• Knowledge of global logistics and international supply chains
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Adobe and/or CAD is preferred but not essential
