Reporting to the Scheduling Manager we are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our New Homes team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for interpreting contract documentation and producing accurate schedules for our new homes brands, Easystart, New Generation, Velocity and Summit Homes. Working within a collaborative team environment with supportive management you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
You are a passionate scheduling professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the residential construction industry. Success in this role requires delivering accurate, timely schedules while maintaining a high level of precision in every task. Exceptional organisational skills, strong time management, and a proactive approach are key to balancing the demands of this busy role. A solid foundation in maths, strong computer literacy, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential to driving success and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
