The Instructional Designer supports the design and development of global learning solutions that drive skill growth, leadership development, and organizational performance. Working closely with subject matter experts, regional L&D leads, and business stakeholders, the role creates engaging, scalable, and culturally relevant learning experiences for a worldwide audience.
- Design, develop, and implement high‑quality e‑learning, blended, and instructor‑led experiences using ADDIE or SAM models.
- Create storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
- Partner with SMEs, regional stakeholders, and global HR to assess needs and define measurable learning objectives.
- Use strong questioning techniques to uncover true learning needs and support employees.
- Align learning initiatives with global strategy and brand standards in collaboration with the Instructional Design Manager.
- Develop and deploy content with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Integrate video, animation, simulations, and gamification where appropriate.
- Research, pilot, and implement new learning technologies, sharing insights with L&D leadership.
- Ensure accessibility, engagement, and cultural relevance through testing and localization.
- Measure learning effectiveness via surveys, metrics, and business outcomes, recommending improvements.
- Continuously stay current on instructional design trends and share best practices with the global team.

Reporting to the Instructional Design Manager within the Global Learning & Development team, the designer partners with SMEs, regional stakeholders, and global HR partners to assess learning needs and translate business goals into measurable objectives. Strong questioning skills are used to uncover true needs and ensure robust support for employees.
Learning solutions are built and deployed using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and Captivate, as well as learning management systems, with integration of video, animation, simulations, and gamification when appropriate. The designer pilots programs to guarantee accessibility and impact across cultures, measures effectiveness through surveys and business metrics, and recommends data‑driven improvements.
The role stays current with emerging trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and adult learning, sharing innovative approaches and tools with the global team. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field and have 3–5 years of corporate or global training experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience designing and developing training in a corporate or global environment.
- Strong proficiency with learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Cultural awareness and experience adapting content for global audiences (preferred).
