The Head of Financial Analysis will lead internal financial analytics across the company’s development and real estate projects. This is a strategic, in-house role focused on project feasibility, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support management decision-making.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of internal financial analytics
Analyze project budgets, cost structures, and timelines; identify risks and optimization opportunities
Build and manage financial models for project feasibility, cash flow, IRR, NPV, and ROI analysis
Support investment decisions, land acquisitions, and new project launches
Collaborate closely with finance, development, sales, and executive teams
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for senior leadership
Lead and develop the internal financial analysis function for development and real estate projects
Monitor actual performance vs. forecasts and explain variances

5–7 years of overall experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or development companies
High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus

Experience in internal financial analytics (not external consulting or audit-focused roles)
Fluent English and Russian are required
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly
Strong understanding of real estate development economics and project finance
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
