The Toro Company Pricing & Programs Analytics team seeks a curious, continuous‑improvement‑oriented individual to deliver stable daily operations and financial insights. The role develops, supports, analyzes, and executes pricing and program strategies for moderately complex divisions, partnering with the business to drive data‑informed decisions.
Program responsibilities include analyzing program performance, communicating findings, and recommending actions; using business intelligence tools to enhance reporting efficiency and dataset consistency; supporting expense projections, monthly reconciliations, and fiscal year‑end close; conducting financial analysis of marketing programs for effectiveness and compliance; processing policy deviations; and maintaining program setup in SAP.
Pricing duties involve developing and refining pricing tools and policies, generating reports on market offerings, margins, and costs, creating financial models and ad‑hoc analyses of profitability and market trends, and collaborating with Product Management to establish and track pricing strategies across market segments and distribution channels.
The position operates in a hybrid work environment, handling tight deadlines and competing priorities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and documenting processes to improve operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, 3‑5+ years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of relevant experience, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a candid yet professional demeanor, a self‑starter attitude, and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
Preferred qualifications feature strong system skills with SAP, OneStream, QlikView, PowerBI or similar tools, the ability to adapt to a dynamic organization, and familiarity with SOX compliance procedures.
