Team Coordinator

As a Team Coordinator, you will be required to Plan and take a lead role in coordinating onsite work activities enabling teams to construct and maintain and inspect high voltage plant and equipment throughout the transmission and/or distribution electricity network.

• Be responsible for safety in the work environment and ensure safe work practises are followed and a safe work environment maintained.
• Lead Team Effectiveness (BSBLDR403)
• Be responsible for ensuring that the teams are meeting the required performance each day, in the completion of work and maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders
• Lead effective workplace relationships (BSBLDR402)
• Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements (BSBWHS401).
• Execute programmed construction, maintenance, and inspection work whilst monitoring, analysing and actively ensuring quality standards of work are achieved.
• Implement Operational Plan (BSBMGT402)
• Undertake a coordination role for emergency response situations, including undertaking tasks within your competency and training

• Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems Distribution / Transmission Overhead
• WA ‘A’ Grade Electrical Workers License
• Valid WA ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence (subject to business requirements)
