Issuing of documents on Sharefile systems
General office duties including photocopying,
Posting Director timesheets and credit card
Maintaining CRM – Projects/Contacts etc
Arrange meetings and lunches with clients
Organise meetings when required
Coordinate project delivery deadlines within the team
Answer phones when reception is busy
Converting word documents into Adobe In-Design
Booking meeting venues if required
Opening new jobs, making new files, keeping filing up to date
Follow all QA and standard procedures
Working with Directors and Team
Covering reception when receptionists are away
Helping with invoicing
Help with diary management
