  • Works with consultants managing RFIs and submittals.
  • Coordinates and manages acceptance walks with General Contractor, Apartment Operations, and ICAD Quality Assurance.
  • Manages day-to-day processes of a construction project, e.g, scheduling, quality assurance, execution of plans.
  • Supports with budget development and monthly management.
  • Manage GC to secure Certificate of Occupancy, bond release, filing Notice of Completion, etc.
  • Acquires closeout documentation.
  • Reviews plans and specs to ensure compliance with Irvine Company standards.

  • Contractor’s License preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in estimating, scheduling, and spreadsheet applications including but not limited to: MS Project, Excel, Word ,Google.
  • Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in a construction-related or engineering curriculum or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of multi-family construction experience.
