Juris Doctor (J.D.); admitted and in good standing to practice law in Florida (or eligible for in-house counsel admission in Florida)
Experience in insurance coverage, claims and/or related litigation is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely, practical advice
Excellent judgment, communication, and negotiation skills
Broad-based legal expertise, including contract negotiation, litigation management, and employment law counseling
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience (ideally 5–7 years) gained in a law firm and/or in-house role
Experience in construction and/or renewable energy/solar strongly preferred
