The Security Location Manager oversees daily operations of multiple parking facilities, ensuring they meet company policies, client expectations, and customer service standards. This role requires a valid security license and driver's license, and involves managing the performance of the hourly workforce assigned to each location.
Key duties include maintaining appropriate staffing levels, handling cash deposits and revenue reporting, and supervising all opening, managing, and closing activities. The manager also ensures compliance with safety, equipment maintenance, signage, and internal audit requirements while addressing incident reporting and investigations as needed.
- Maintain proper staffing levels through scheduling and managing on‑call employees.
- Collect deposits and report daily revenue, reviewing cash reports for accuracy.
- Oversee daily opening, managing, and closing activities of the facility.
- Ensure officers complete required paperwork (activity, maintenance, incident reports).
- Ensure facility compliance with company policy, revenue control, equipment maintenance, signage, and internal audits.
- Conduct safety audits and review maintenance checklists per the Safety Manual.
- Fill in for front‑line associates as needed.
- Meet with property client contacts when required.
- Manage contract parker program: register customers, bill and collect A/R, address corporate account requests.
- Report incidents to ParkX Management promptly (phone and Track Tik report).
- Document incident forms and conduct investigations as directed.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns from front‑line associates.
- Train new officers on Track Tik, Barnacle, and patrol rounds.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma, be a certified security officer in Virginia, and possess at least one year of customer‑service experience. The position demands prolonged standing, walking, climbing, and various physical motions, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work conditions include variable temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to indoor and outdoor hazards such as dust, chemicals, and bio‑hazards.
