Tasks

-Collaborate with other discipline for proper integration of mechanical system -Planning of engineering deliverables, execution, resource planning and allocation -Participation in various workshops e.g. HAZOP etc. with client and consultant -Lead continuous improvement in team productivity and skill set -Design deliverable review and validation -Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers -Lead the design development of Mechanical component in Water, Effluent & Sewage treatment projects

What You Bring

-Advance knowledge of Mechanical engineering principles, best practices and various international codes i.e. ASME / BS EN / ISO / QCS / NWC etc. -Ability to mentor and develop team members -Innovative mindset for design optimization and continuous improvement -Advance knowledge of hydraulics & transient analysis through WaterGEMS / WaterHammer / SAP software. -B.Tech (Mechanical) as minimum with Experience of 12-15 years in Mechanical engineering with at least 3-5 years in leadership role. -Handon experience in reviewing the Hydraulics / transient analysis reports, Stress analysis reports (CAESAR II) etc. -Proficient in Vendor engineering by reviewing vendor offer, technical comparison with recommendation to Procurement team for mechanical equipment and detailed review of post order documents -Proficiency in Plant engineering for preparation of plant layout, GA drawing, Piping layout, Pipeline drawings etc. -Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
