Master package process to make sure all packages are logged in on a daily basis
Receive and reconcile all deliveries with invoices on a daily basis
Follow department SOP regarding short deliveries, inaccurate product or quality and other delivery mistakes
Create and maintain vendor relationships
Master our Package Processes that services our guests, departments, other areas like Marina
Daily issuing of requisitions from storerooms and proper posting of paperwork before the end of day
Receive daily deliveries and check accuracy invoice against PO in Craftable, make sure at the end of each day the PO’s for that day are reconciled and logged in and ready for accounting
Issue storeroom requisitions and maintain cleanliness
Participate in month-end inventories in all storerooms
Maintain cleanliness in all Purchasing areas, i.e. storerooms, office, loading dock
Effectively and professionally communicate with all departments to ensure a seamless operation with all involved.

Self-starting abilities and flexible work attitude, organized and not afraid to roll up the sleeves, flexible schedule, working weekends and Holidays may be required

Previous experience in similar environment would be beneficial
