- Develop and review project-specific survey procedures, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Attend and lead project briefings and debriefings with survey personnel and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations.
- Ensure end-of-trip reports are completed promptly, with lessons learned documented and communicated for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical and operational input throughout the SURF/IRM project lifecycle, from tender development to execution and close-out.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance survey processes, workflows, and technologies to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Mentor and support junior surveyors, providing technical guidance, training, and career development opportunities.
- Manage survey deliverables, oversee third-party service providers, and ensure quality and timeliness of outputs within budget constraints.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers to identify personnel, equipment, and project needs, ensuring timely delivery to worksites.
