- Manage and maintain stock location system.
- Conduct regular reviews with the warehouse team in relation to service and performance
- Management of the warehouse team in all aspects of the warehouse function.
- Effectively manage housekeeping on a daily/weekly basis.
- Develop and manage a strong, focused operational team.
- Responsibility for H&S in the warehouse environment, including risk management assessments and coordination with Group H&S function.
- Responsible for the implementation of company policies and procedures in relation to performance management, H&S, SOP's and SLA's.
- Continuous review of service and operational capacity, reviewing change as necessary in order to maximise efficiency and effectiveness .
- Manage key relationships internally and externally with HPC sales teams, the wider network and third party service providers .
