  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Evaluate and negotiate benefit vendor contracts to optimize value, cost, and quality of service.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to monitor compensation and benefits program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive positioning and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure pay practices are fiscally responsible, legally compliant, and consistent across the organization.
  • Oversee the integration of total rewards data with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Viewpoint) to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making
  • Lead continuous improvement in benefits administration through technology, automation, and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate compensation and recognition frameworks with performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the design, development, and administration of base pay structures, job architecture, market pricing, and incentive programs.
  • Work with Leadership and HR team to define the strategy, design, and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of salary bands, career levels, and pay equity analyses.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on compensation and benefits matters impacting attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles, including salary planning, merit increases, bonuses, and adjustments for promotions or market corrections.

  • Deep knowledge of compensation design, benchmarking methodologies, and benefits program management.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to interpret complex data and present insights to senior leaders.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, brokers, and consultants.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relative experience in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in compensation and benefits leadership.
