Able and willing to obtain (in-house trained) forklift certification
Basic knowledge of turret punch laser combo & press brake
Excellent knowledge of hand tools, calipers and measuring tapes
Welding certificate from a recognized post secondary institute preferred
Must be mechanically inclined and be able to understand how machines work and make adjustments when needed
Able to read, interpret shop drawings to construct products with care and precision
Previous Tig welding experience an asset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong work ethic and willingness to be a team-player
Previous experience in a custom sheet metal environment
