-Monitor project progress against an established baseline; prepare analyses for staff and stakeholders identifying critical paths, near critical paths, milestone impacts, phasing shifts and potential trends. -Develop and analyze schedule resources and cost loading. -Management of claims issues. -Evaluate requests for time extensions. -Time impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities.
This is an onsite job, meaning you will need to be living in Los Angeles county and able to visit job sites. This is NOT remote . If you do not live in Southern California, do not apply. There are NO relocation funds or per diem. W-2 work only. This position is for a Sr. CPM Scheduler position for a major capital improvement project at Los Angeles World Airports. It is onsite 5-days a week. -Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field is preferred. -Experience with Primavera P6 and large-scale construction management software such as Prolog. -10 years of scheduling experience supporting active construction projects, preferably terminal renovation work. -Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis is preferred. -Experience with large-scale, complex construction projects, including roadways, underground utilities and/or other heavy civil projects.
