Develop technical specifications and bid documents for public water/wastewater facilities and systems.
Provide design, and consulting services related to private and/or municipal drinking water/wastewater, erosion and sediment control and stormwater best management practices from planning through construction.

Experience in Bid and Construction Contract Administration
Experience in PA funding application and administration process (ie. PennVEST, CDBG, DCED, etc.)
Drinking Water / Wastewater Treatment and process experience.
Experience with municipal funding, bidding and contract procedures.
B.S. in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
Land Development, site grading, and storm drainage experience.
Experience working with Department of Environmental Protection’s Bureau of Safe Drinking Water.
Licensed Professional Engineer in PA.
Understanding of PFAS regulations and treatment methods focused on Drinking Water.
6-10 years of experience as a Professional Engineer.
Public Water/Wastewater design and permitting experience.
Devise innovative and creative solutions to problems encountered.
Ability to work as a team player, take direction, and interact well with others.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in water treatment facilities, water/wastewater collection systems, and water pumping stations.
