- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI integration and data insights
- Create automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline communication and reporting
- Build data models, KPIs, and calculations to support strategic and operational decisions
- Connect and manage data sources in Microsoft Azure (e.g. Azure SQL Database, Data Lake)
- Develop and deploy AI agents and copilots using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and OpenAI’s ChatGPT
- Support staff in adopting AI tools and data platforms
- Work with third parties to develop robust data integrations and maintain data governance standards
- Evaluate and refine existing reporting tools and data processes.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports tailored to business needs

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A motivated and innovative individual with a strong grasp of AI and data analytics and has the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Azure data tools.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation.
- Experience designing and deploying AI agents or copilots.
