Development of drawings, specs, and design documentation
Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client expectations
Supporting project managers and senior designers with design tasks
Participation in project meetings and occasional site visits
Work on a variety of project types including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, mixed use, and civic
Coordination with mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural teams
Recruiter representation and advocacy throughout the hiring process
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team setting
Fast, efficient process from first conversation to placement
Experience with design software such as AutoCAD or Revit is helpful
Familiarity with plumbing design concepts, codes, and layout methods
Plumbing design experience in an MEP or consulting environment
Plumbing system layout and design for commercial and institutional buildings
