Requirements

Qualified candidates will have prior civil engineering experience, preferably in consulting, a BS in civil or construction engineering, and be on track to obtain a PE license. Strong time‑management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is reliability and a willingness to work extra hours to meet project demands.

• Adapt to varied assignments within medium‑ to large‑sized professional teams.
• Communicate effectively with audiences of all technical skill levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior civil engineering experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• BS degree in civil or construction engineering; on track to obtain PE license.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals.
• Effective time‑management for design and deliverable commitments.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills fostering ongoing relationships.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work extra hours as needed.
• Well‑developed written and verbal communication to convey technical subjects to diverse audiences.
