Coordinate and supervise the closing of intercompany and supplier accounts receivable for the companies under his/her responsibility;
Prepare quarterly forecasts and budgets for the companies under his/her responsibility;
Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements of the corporate entities;
Prepare and document month-end reports for the companies under his/her responsibility;
Record banking transactions and financial instruments, including long-term debt and interest, with support from the treasury team;
Coordinate the rebilling of corporate expenses;
Provide tax information for provisions and tax returns for the companies under his/her responsibility;
Participate in internal, external, and government audits concerning the companies under his/her responsibility;
Be the "super user" for the Maximum accounting software used for the companies;
Account for certain complex accounting transactions (including dividends, investments, advances, reorganizations, share capital);
Review and optimize the processes of the current position;

Experience : A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a multi-site environment, ideally international, with month-end and transactional operations; knowledge of IFRS standards;
Language : Fluency in written & spoken English and French;
Degree : Bachelor's degree in business administration, or the equivalent; Hold a CPA certification (auditor an asset);
Skills : Great attention to detail, strong analytical skills, excellent command of Excel and ease with systems, effective communication style, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to manage multiple files, sense of organization, rigor, autonomy, proactivity and team spirit;
