Develop deep relationships with our construction project teams and key business partners
Tour our projects throughout the region and assist project staff as necessary
Represent OHLA in mediations and attend arbitrations as client representative
Draft corporate documents, joint venture, and partnership agreements
Develop strategies for resolving disputes and claims and supervise outside counsel on litigation
Draft and negotiate a wide range of construction and commercial contracts
Develop and implement strategies across the organization to improve our legal processes and reduce risk
