  • Monitor project performance against KPIs and report progress to the PMO.
  • Administer and manage FM and O&M contracts delivered by service providers.
  • Recommend and implement optimal FM strategies, methodologies, and tools.
  • Manage scope changes and validate payment requests from service providers.
  • Facilitate effective communication between service providers, FMO, and PMO.
  • Ensure compliance with government, stakeholder, and PMO requirements.
  • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Lead progress meetings and resolve operational issues as needed.
  • Ensuring that all existing employees, potential employees, colleagues, and customers are treated equally and with respect.
  • Provide technical support and expert advice on FM and O&M matters.
  • Coordinate asset handover and transition activities.
  • Oversee service delivery, budget, timelines, and quality for Phase 1 projects.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and steering committees as directed.
  • Manage internal FMO resources and project-related data.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
  • Background: Western-educated with prior experience as a Director of Facilities or Operations
  • Deep understanding of sustainability and environmental best practices
  • Strong database management and analytical capabilities
  • Arabic speaker or national preferred
  • Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
  • Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., CIBSE, RICS, CIOB, IWFM) is desirable.
  • Specialization: Strong focus on soft services, particularly landscape and irrigation
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in FM/O&M, with leadership roles in large-scale operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management from a recognized Western university
  • Education (Acceptable): Degree in Operations Management
  • Operational knowledge of CAFM systems and reporting tools
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, diplomatic, and tactful in client interactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
