The individual will be part of the ESR market segment, providing environmental stewardship, sustainability, and resilience planning, permitting, and consulting services to aviation, transportation, municipal, and private clients nationwide. As a senior‑level consultant, you will identify and incorporate sustainability measures to make projects more resilient, mentor mid‑ and junior‑level consultants, and support project pursuits and delivery across the firm.
The ideal candidate has strong writing skills and a broad interest in sustainability and resilience planning. Experience with the Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure’s ENVISION rating system is essential, and knowledge of energy, electrification, water, stormwater, wetlands, spill management, hazardous and non‑hazardous materials, waste management, and environmental compliance programs is a plus. Prior work developing proactive environmental programs, operational sustainability, restoration, and long‑term adaptation planning is desired.
