Field Supervisor/ Superintendent (Commercial & Industrial Flooring)

Description

The Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and oversees multiple production crews. Responsibilities include conducting pre‑job inspections, planning labor schedules, and coordinating material orders with the Warehouse Manager.

• Read blueprints and develop project phasing plans
• Engage with potential and existing customers
• Control project costs and ensure profitability
• Lead pre‑job meetings, track progress, and enforce safety protocols
• Supervise and evaluate crew members
• Coordinate change orders and adjustments with the sales team
• Document projects with photos, reports, and completion forms

Requirements

• 2–3 years finished concrete or epoxy flooring experience
• Good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational/time‑management abilities
• Polished concrete and epoxy installation experience (preferred)
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing
• 18 years or older, authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test
