- Execute demolition, deconstruction, and site preparation tasks
- Assist the SJD Supervisor in managing crew members, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Conduct material inspections and assist with take-offs
- Communicate effectively with the Supervisor, team, and clients
- Adhere to safety protocols and encourage sustainability practices
- Protect client property and ensure proper site containment
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Perform general residential carpentry, including rough and finish work
