  • Execute demolition, deconstruction, and site preparation tasks
  • Assist the SJD Supervisor in managing crew members, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Conduct material inspections and assist with take-offs
  • Communicate effectively with the Supervisor, team, and clients
  • Adhere to safety protocols and encourage sustainability practices
  • Protect client property and ensure proper site containment
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Perform general residential carpentry, including rough and finish work
