• Manage and oversee daily production operations across multiple roofing/repair projects.

• Resolve on‑site issues and communicate updates to office staff, customers, and leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and provide training as needed.
• Monitor job costs, ensuring alignment with pricing structures and budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance and leadership to crews, fostering accountability, teamwork, and a strong safety culture.

Requirements

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a hard‑working, motivated, self‑sufficient Roofing/Repair Production Manager to join its roofing repairs team. This fast‑paced role is essential to delivering top‑quality roofing solutions and is based on‑site in Indianapolis, Indiana.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of production management experience in roofing or exterior construction.
• Three to five years of roofing industry experience highly preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing crews and subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s license; background check and motor vehicle record required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish considered a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project schedules, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Physical ability to safely climb ladders, access various roof types, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Familiarity with roofing, insulation, and related construction processes and materials.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project‑management tools.
