We are looking for a Civil Project Manager with a background in municipal land development and infrastructure to join our Kelowna team. As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of civil projects.
- Must be registered (or eligible to register) as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in the province of British Columbia
- Good organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal communicator, including presentation, facilitation and listening skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; able to mentor and work with junior engineers and designers
- Strong technical writing skills demonstrated through experience in the preparation of correspondence, reports and proposals
- Experience in infrastructure projects, including roads, water systems, drainage, and developments
- Experience preparing civil designs, tender documents, cost estimates, technical reports, studies, and proposals
- Strong project management, technical and analytical skills
- Experience leading and overseeing projects, managing teams (internal/external), and following Allnorth's project management and quality standards
- 8+ years of relevant experience in municipal engineering and project management
