Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor design progress for compliance, constructability, and timely deliverables.

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills are essential.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or rail transit projects.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts).
On-site construction experience would be desirable
Ability to travel to site, mobile for projects
Experience with deep excavation works and complex urban construction environments is an asset.
Understanding design and construction phases and alignment with the Digital Plan of Works would be desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations.
Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.
