Description

The Marketing Coordinator (Fluency in Arabic is a must) provides comprehensive administrative support for marketing activities, including document management, meeting and event coordination, collateral production, and general team assistance. This role ensures efficient operations, smooth event execution, and effective communication within and outside the marketing team.

• Maintain and organize project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
• Prepare and present regular reports on administrative and event activities, documenting performance metrics and key outcomes.
• Facilitate internal communication within the marketing team and with other departments and assist with external communication efforts.
• Work effectively with team members, providing support and coordination to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Seek and obtain necessary approvals for marketing initiatives, documents, and expenditures from relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluating event success through feedback collection, performance metrics, and post-event analysis; prepare detailed event reports.
• Provide comprehensive support to team members, assisting with tasks and projects as needed.
• Prepare, process, and track local purchase orders (LPOs) to ensure timely procurement.
• Handle all logistics related to marketing events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment setup.
• Monitor inventory levels of marketing materials and organize their storage and accessibility.
• Prepare detailed agendas and take comprehensive minutes during meetings, capturing key decisions and follow-up tasks.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure all event requirements are met and oversee on-site activities.
• Manage the submission and tracking of requests for marketing documents to support various projects.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, and registrations, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
• Foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in team discussions and contributing to project success.
• Assist in managing project-related tasks, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Track and follow up on action items and deadlines resulting from meetings to ensure timely completion.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for various marketing projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Organize and schedule regular team meetings and external meetings with vendors, partners, and media representatives.
• Ensure all documents and approvals comply with company policies and procedures.
• Handle invoice processing for marketing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Requirements

Fluency in both English & Arabic is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
