Strong understanding of RPA best practices, governance, and lifecycle management.
Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath RPA platform, including process design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience with ONE (1) of those functioning as a UiPath Solution Architect;
Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA, such as intelligent document processing (IDP), NLP, or computer vision.
Experience contributing to or leading an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE), including establishing standards, frameworks, and governance models.
Ability to be on client site in Millington, TN 4-5 days a week
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred
Experience leading technical design sessions, creating architecture diagrams, and writing solution documentation.
Experience working in federal government or public sector environments, with understanding of compliance, security, and documentation standards.
Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) standards and documentation.
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions using UiPath
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing UiPath processes for performance and reliability.
Knowledge of credential management and security protocols within UiPath.
Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, queue management, and scheduling.
Strong understanding of UiPath architecture, including infrastructure setup, multi-environment configurations, and high availability.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams.
