

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
The Production Supervisor will oversee 50‑75 production and operation workers, directing the manufacturing workforce to meet production schedules safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include enforcing safety and sanitation standards, resolving worker and production issues, motivating staff, approving timesheets, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with Alberta and Canadian OHS regulations, and coordinating with other supervisors and quality engineers.
Candidates must have at least three years of production supervisory experience, strong knowledge of operations, warehouse and transportation management, and familiarity with local and federal regulations such as AOHS. Required skills include analytical problem‑solving, excellent written and verbal communication, customer service orientation, and a commitment to safety. Preferred qualifications are a trades or university degree, Six Sigma/Kaizen/Lean training, and first‑aid certification.
