Business Development Manager

Description

• Resolve field issues quickly to keep production on schedule
• Schedule and coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Track project timelines, change orders, and progress updates
• Conduct site walks, inspections, measurements, and assessments
• Manage commercial and residential roofing projects from start to finish
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and warranty standards
• Support insurance inspections and adjuster meetings (as needed)
• Build strong client and homeowner relationships to drive repeat business
• Produce accurate estimates, scopes of work, and budgets

Requirements

This role manages roofing projects across both commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate is versatile, knowledgeable across multiple roofing systems, and comfortable coordinating crews, walking roofs, interacting with property owners, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification document upon hire.

• Roofing experience across commercial and/or residential disciplines
• Ability to read plans, scopes, and technical drawings
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Proficient with project management or roofing software (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Communicate consistently with clients, GCs, homeowners, and internal teams
• Strong understanding of roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, shingle, tile, foam, and coatings
• Tile, shingle, foam reroofs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Reroofs (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, coatings)
