The Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and helps coordinate all aspects of daily operations.
Key duties include troubleshooting safety, service and operational issues, maintaining and distributing department information, and serving as the KRONOS proxy for driver and helper updates. The specialist uses Microsoft Suite and other tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, and financial tasks such as payment processing, while also supporting operational projects and communicating with customers and employees about service and scheduling matters.
Required qualifications are a high‑school diploma or GED, legal eligibility to work in the U.S., and being at least 18 years old; no prior experience is required. Preferred qualifications are not listed.
The role is primarily office‑based, requiring regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copy machines.
