As a Project Lead at MiCiM, you set the tone, build the team culture, drive programme clarity, and ensure that safety, quality, and client satisfaction remain at the highest level.

• Lead the project’s quality and safety standards
• Champion MiCiM’s core values in all interactions
• Monitor project cost expenditure and support staff development
• Produce clear, professional monthly client reports
• Uphold MiCiM’s ISO processes and best-practice standards
• Manage project risks, issues, and monthly updates to directors
• Knowledge Sharing and Engagement: Share your expertise and engage with educational institutions and further education bodies to inspire the next generation.
• Ensure regular, thorough site inspections
• Provide hands-on construction leadership and ensure accurate programme updates
• Set and communicate the delivery strategy across the team
• Make strategic decisions to reduce risk, cost, and delays
• Build a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Own and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Regular Leadership Engagement: Participate in regular communication opportunities with company leaders to stay informed and involved.
• Maintain proper resourcing for safe and compliant delivery
• Develop strong client relationships and represent MiCiM professionally
• Resolve challenges and inspire the team with a positive, energetic attitude
