Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with construction or industrial tools and equipment. Experience in equipment rental, strong customer service and telephone skills, and solid computer abilities are valued; DOT qualification and bilingual ability are preferred.
Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with work performed both indoors and outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
