The Senior UX Design Lead is responsible for creating user-centered design solutions for digital products, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business success. Key responsibilities include end-to-end UX design across various project lifecycles, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, conducting research and user testing, optimizing design processes, and championing continuous improvement and innovation.

A curious, innovative mindset is essential, along with the desire and ability to experiment and apply emerging technologies to solve problems.
This is a lead role requiring someone who is proactive, can work autonomously, and who can drive UX outcomes in complex environments. The lead role is also expected to shape up, plan and deliver work, whether that be their own, influencing and guiding other teams, or managing external resources and vendors. This is a sole contributor role however previous design team leadership experience is desirable.

The ideal candidate should have extensive UX design experience, focusing on digital and end-to-end experience design, with strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in applying design methodologies. A strong portfolio of work is essential with a focus on strategic thinking, interaction design, and enterprise websites and mobile applications. Examples of using AI in the design process is also desirable.
The candidate should also have deep experience in translating complex business requirements into design solutions, designing large-scale websites, and web and mobile apps. Experience in a B2B2C environment and familiarity with SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall delivery environments are preferred.
Essential skills also include knowledge of front-end development, design languages, digital best practices, and proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Suite, Figma, and Google Analytics. Finally, strong communication, influencing, planning, and organizational skills are also required.
