- Report immediately to supervisor/lead/manager any and all problems, which may affect safety, equipment, tooling, and/or quality.

- Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, and quality of product.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment.
- Assist with daily production to ensure the highest quality of production is achieved.

- Tenacity in overcoming obstacles while maintaining productive and positive working relationships.
- Skill in performing accurate arithmetic functions involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; using decimals, percentages, fractions, and ratios.
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing setting.
- Understanding of all tools, gages, equipment, and other various instruments used to perform position.
