Senior Associate - Technology Engineer Consultant

Description

• Improve the technical operations of the company
• Enforce the project quality management plan (QMP)
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Serve as a senior technical resource for the company
• Present to clients, staff and at industry events
• Inspire and motivate staff
• Effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group
• Project team leadership and budget management as Project Manager with approval. Utilize tools and resources for project planning, forecasting, progress tracking
• Lead and manage projects successfully and profitably
• Provide mentorship, training and development for staff

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in Security, Audio-Visual (AV), tele-communications
• Significant involvement in company standards and improve company processes
• Effective leadership and people skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering for discipline work
• Must have significant experience in a management or leadership role
• Relevant professional credential within discipline (RCDD, etc.)
• Record (EOR) with approval
• Project leadership skills including billing, reporting, resource allocation and scheduling

• Hiring Base Salary Range: $122,000-$181,100 annual
