Manages, oversees, and coordinates project controls and activities, planning and scheduling, budget estimating and monitoring, and quality review for projects for an organization.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Proven track record managing project controls on large, complex, and multi-disciplinary projects.
PMP Certification is strongly preferred
12+ years of progressive experience in project controls within engineering and construction, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong financial acumen with advanced skills in cost analysis, forecasting, and risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
Expert proficiency with project management, scheduling, and controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools).

Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000
